Oscar Rodriguez, an experienced retired Financial Manager from the United States Army, has taken on a new role as Deputy Executive Director at the Veterans Affairs Office (VA). After transitioning out of the military, Oscar joined Target Corporation serving thirteen months as an Executive Team Leader prior to serving the Department of Homeland Security as an Accountant Team Leader.

Prior roles include:

• Chief Programming and Synchronization Division – DISA
• Accounting Officer / Budget Officer – Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC)
• Chief Financial Officer – Veterans Affair Medical Center
