Ms. Bianca Berrios, Senior Vice President – Civilian, joined TekSynap in 2020 bringing over 25 years of proven delivery and operations experience leading large programs across Private sector, DOD and Civilian sectors. Starting her career as the Executive Admin to an IT Director, she has built her skills and knowledge through her education and real time experience. Ms. Berrios operates with a people and mission first mentality. Ms. Berrios’ success has been built upon forming long-standing relationship with her teams and customers. Her dedication in support of mission objectives has allowed her to maintain long standing customers.
A former soccer coach for over 15 years, when she’s not solving mission problems, Ms. Berrios spends time as a sponsor and mentor for young scholars at Generation Hope. Giving back, paving a path and investing in our future generations on the job and off is her second passion.
