As the daughter of U.S. Foreign Service Officers, I lived in nine countries by the time I was 18 years old. My immersion in a diversity of cultures cultivated many of the values and executive skills I have today, including empathy, resourcefulness, inclusion, patriotism, and forging connections with everyone I meet. Following a 15-year career in various GovCon roles, I decided to open Amivero’s doors in October 2018. My experiences formed the philosophy I have today, which asserts that government consulting is a people business, and one must think human-centered and data-driven about how products and services meet and honor the user’s needs. And by investing in employees and fostering a positive work environment, I want Amivero to be the most attractive business partner at the cutting edge of the industry.
