Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Maryland Health Care System’s Research and Development Service, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, with Concourse Federal Group, a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), for a follow-on contract for continuation of VA funded research. Concourse built the original prototype, Version 1, and its purpose is to modify/improve a web-based interface that will allow patients to view a decision tree suggesting different therapies for different types of pain at different times for Veterans.
This is a notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than January 4th, 2024, 12PM, EST. Interest/capability statements may be sent to Rachael.talbott@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
