RELI Group is excited to announce the recent appointment of Bill Pratt to its team as the new Executive Director of Customer Relations, officially starting with RELI on January 17. Pratt brings more than 40 years of experience working in the private industry and federal government, including the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense.
“With Bill’s vast experience across both federal and private industry, we’re eager to welcome him in this new role to deepen and enrich our customer relationships,” shared RELI Group CEO Swami Swaminathan. “His technical expertise parallels much of the work RELI Group does, making him a very natural addition to the RELI team.”
Throughout his career, Pratt has served as a strategic leader, spearheading change management initiatives, effective internal and external communication on complex and technical topics, and serving as a coach and mentor to his staff. His wide-ranging experience includes IT acquisition, systems engineering, infrastructure and operations management, procurement and contract management, cost allocation, planning, programming, budget execution, software development, IT auditing, strategic planning, and process improvement.
Most recently, Pratt served as the Director of Enterprise Technology Governance in the Chief Technology Officer Directorate at the Department of Homeland Security, where he’s worked as both a contractor and federal employee for more than 20 years. His experience also includes working with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, SAIC (Science Applications International Corporation), Validity Corporation, and in several consultant roles. He also served in the U.S. Navy as a Telecommunications Technical Control Leading Petty Officer.
Pratt holds several certifications, including Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative, Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Agilist, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations, and IT Program Manager Level 3, as well as an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
