HashiCorp has announced the appointment of Michael Weingartner and Talha Tariq to the positions of Chief Product Officer and Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer respectively.
Michael brings decades of leadership experience working in progressively responsible roles working in the private sector, namely having experience at SAP, Oracle and Google Cloud, specifically in the areas of of systems development, product integration, and customer experience. In this new role, Michael will lead HashiCorp’s R&D organization to guide the company’s product strategy.
Talha, armed with over 20 years of experience growing and improving security programs in the private sector, leads the information and data security effort at HashiCorp. In this new role, Talha will continue to scale the cloud-first security program in alignment with R&D initiatives.
