Bill Pratt, an IT executive with over 40 years of experience supporting private and public sector organizations, has taken on a new role as Executive Director of Customer Relations at RELI Group. In his previous role as Director of Enterprise Technology Governance at the Department of Homeland Security, Bill managed IT policy intake and implementation, smart governance creation and promotion, and evidence-based validation of mission improvement. In his new role as Executive Director of Customer Relations, he will serve as a senior advisor to Government IT executives, aligning technology strategy and services to meet mission goals.
