Description
November 30, 2023 – GSA released Amendment 0009 to the Polaris Women-Owned Small Business Pool in the Polaris Submission Portal (https://polaris.app.cloud.gov). This amendment is in response to SH Synergy, LLC and VCH Partners, LLC v. The United States, the Court of Federal Claims decision (Case Nos. 22-1466 and 22-1468) dated April 21, 2023. Proposal revisions must be submitted within the PSP no later than 4:00 PM ET, January 12, 2024. Offerors should login to the Polaris Submission Portal and review for necessary action.
