Richard ‘Mark’ Ivey, former Program Analyst, has taken on a new role as the Facility Chief Information Officer (FCIO) Mid-South Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy at the Department of Veterans Affairs. In this role, he ensures the timely and accurate delivery of over 350,000 prescriptions per week to our Nation’s Veterans. Richard brings skills in Program Management, CISSP, and Manufacturing Process Improvement.
