The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20), is conducting market research on behalf of the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) to identify potential contractors capable of providing point of care device laboratory interface software (POCLIS) to VA medical facilities and clinics. Under this agreement, the BPA holder shall provide point of care device laboratory interface software (POCLIS) for Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) medical facilities. POCLIS software enables review and release of patient results to the laboratory information system directly from each testing unit. The software allows the ability to manage, update, review and troubleshoot quality control results, operator, and device issues remotely. The Contractor shall provide all related efforts and items to provide POCLIS to ordering WSNC facilities.
