SCOPE OF WORK
In furtherance of SPM’s Congressional compliance requirements—including SPM’s work in support of implementing Section 701b of the “Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring Our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxins Act of 2022” (“PACT Act”), Congressionally-mandated reporting, responses to audits by the Government Accountability Office, and development/management of information technology used to administer Congressionally-mandated health and benefits programs—the Contractor shall provide support in the areas of document and data production/management, data call and action item response development, reporting and analytics, organization change management, strategic planning and analysis, communications, budget and acquisition support, and risk management. The Contractor shall also provide technical support for software that is essential to maintain SPM business functions; in particular, SharePoint development and maintenance.
