SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall provide software development, enhancement, database refactoring, remediation, user interface design, user experience, communications, outreach, coaching, and deployment support services for ITOPS’ LEAF Platform. The Contractor shall also provide operations and maintenance support for the LEAF platform as well as those requirements developed under this PWS.
