Description
The Amplifire licenses are required to support Member Services (MS) Training and Quality Management (TQM) in their mission to provide world class learning events to VHA personnel.
In FY24, MS TQM will continue its vision to be the center of excellence in helping Veterans understand and easily access their health care benefits. As part of Human Capital Management (HCM) Initiative 3.1.6: Leverage Mind Booster technology to help learners retain more of what they learn. To support the initiative, MS TQM determined that an adaptive learning software was needed because the software organizes learner engagement and delivers personalized resources and learning activities that help each learner retain more of what they learn. The adaptive learning software that MS TQM required is Amplifire. The software promotes learner engagement and delivers personalized learning activities. MS TQM has determined Amplifire will satisfy their requirements and best support VA team members.
