Clinical information system Maintenance and Repair for VA Illiana Health Care System Danville, IL
Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. § 3304(a)(1) and VAAR 819.7007, with reference to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Government anticipates entering sole-source procurement negotiations with Clinicomp International INC., for Clinical information system Maintenance and Repair at the VA Illiana Health Care System Danville, 1900 E. Main Street, Danville, IL 61832-5100
The above-cited authority and associated justification is made based on the determination that it is in the best interest of the Government to award this contract on a sole source basis to Clinicomp International INC., because CliniComp International Inc. (CCI) is the developer and manufacturer of a Clinical Information System (CIS), which includes central computer hardware, peripheral data acquisition hardware and software, and central software.
Any other business or person may identify their interest and capability in fulfilling this requirement by responding to this Notice by e-mail to sylvia.iloh@va.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. local time, Monday, October 23, 2023. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals; however, all communications received by the deadline will be considered by the Government. Information received because of this Notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation document is available currently.
