Description
The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center located at 2002 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77030 is requesting a COTS (commercial off the shelf) Digital Rounding Automation and Performance Improvement SaaS (software-as-a-solution) for WECARE Leadership Rounding that provides 24 hours, 7 (seven) days a week accessibility, fully implemented and operationally capable as intended by the manufacturer to meet all specifications within 4 weeks from the date of award. Since the solution is cloud based SaaS, VA ATO (authority to operate) is required and a TRM (Technical Reference Model) is not required.
The digital rounding automation and performance improvement SaaS shall consist of a) Portal for WECARE Leadership Rounding, b) Web-Enabled Real-Time Feedback Assessments, c) Reporting Package, d) Quarterly Performance Improvement Coaching Support; and e) Implementation and Configuration for approximately 30 (thirty) MEDVAMC areas surveyed at any given time across the continuum of Veteran patient care.
The Contractor shall provide a) Patient Satisfaction Survey Services, b) Software use license, data hosting, and managed services, c) Patient Satisfaction Survey Tool and Professional Coaching/Services, d) Professional Coaching Services, and e) Digital Rounding Software to conduct WECARE Leadership Rounds at MEDVAMC for approximately 30 (thirty) MEDVAMC areas surveyed at any given time across the continuum of Veteran patient care. The full listing of the product specifications and features can be found in Section 5. This is for a new requirement. The contract shall be Firm Fixed Price.
