Duties
- Managing, planning, directing and executing all organization operations and providing administrative and technical oversight to a subordinate staff.
- Providing advice and counsel to employees, interviewing and selecting candidates for positions within the organization, making promotions and reassignments, hearing and resolving complaints from employees, and initiating disciplinary action if required.
- Planning, directing, organizing and coordinating activities to increase the baseline cybersecurity posture across the organization, and maintaining the ability to provide mission critical services while protecting systems and the public’s personal information in the interest of privacy.
