Description
ACF requires annual standard maintenance through ESRI Support Services for 15 ArcGIS Desktop Basic Concurrent User Perpetual Licenses and for the Spatial Analyst for Desktop and Network Analyst for Desktop Extensions. Each ArcGIS Desktop Basic license includes an ArcGIS Online account, however ACF is required to stay current through the ESRI Maintenance Program to keep our ArcGIS Online organization active.
ACF must also renew annual term licenses for 15 ArcGIS Community Analyst Web App and 20 ArcGIS Online Viewer Licenses and to purchase ArcGIS Online Service Credits.
Background:
This is a follow-on to GS-35F-253CA\75ACF122F80025 awarded on 09/10/2022 to renew the Administration for Children and Families (ACF)’s ESRI ArcGIS Desktop support and ArcGIS Online subscriptions. ACF uses ESRI ArcGIS to conduct visual and location-based analysis of program data for management decision-making purposes. ArcGIS helps ACF serve stakeholders by enabling ACF staff to look for geographic and other analytical patterns in many different visual formats, such as maps, historic trends, climate data, demographic changes, decision optimization, constituent engagement, and sharing and collaboration.
Objectives:
ACF requires annual standard maintenance through ESRI Support Services. Standard maintenance will allow ACF ArcGIS users access to new software releases, patches and service packs, unlimited telephone support, product documentation, and e-learning resources. Access to these resources will allow ACF ArcGIS users to operate the software optimally, securely, and effectively so they can better support ACF stakeholders.
