Dr. James Abbott, a physician and Health informaticist with nearly twenty years of experience, has taken on a new position with the Defense Health Agency as Deputy Lead of the Technology and Integration Branch for Health Informatics. Through the years, Dr. Abbott has become an expert in Healthcare IT, Electronic Health Records, and Electronic Medical Records.
