CDC taps Senior Science Advisor, Programmatic Deputy Branch Chief

Letreace Harris, a senior public health scientist with nearly 20 years of experience, has taken on a new role at the Centers for Disease Control and prevention as Senior Science Advisor and Programmatic Deputy Branch Chief. Letreace has extensive knowledge in pandemic and routine vaccination surveillance, data innovation and interoperability, complex problem-solving, and managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Prior roles include:

  • Deputy, COVID-19 Vaccine Task Force, Data Monitoring and Reporting Section – CDC
  • Co-Lead, Data and Dashboard Team, COVID-19 Vaccine Task Force – CDC
