WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As an Executive Officer, you will use your knowledge of and experience with the Office of Intergovernmental and External Affairs (IEA) to optimize business results and customer experience by:
- Determining goals and objectives for IEA and articulating and communicating to IEA staff the assignment of goals, objectives, work projects, milestones, deadlines, timelines, and reporting requirements for completion.
- Ensuring that team members understand the assignments, projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion.
- Communicating the organization’s strategic plan, mission, vision and values to the Team and integrates them into the team’s strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, work products and services.
