Description
The NCIRD Data Warehouse (NDW) powers genome and protein analytics for the Influenza Division and for SARS-CoV-2 sequence surveillance. The system helps with data management, advanced querying capability, extract-transform-load operations, and feeding data to business intelligence tools for downstream public health reporting. Additionally, the system supports next-generation sequence data management, epidemiological data points of integration, integration of laboratory assay data, and integration of sample collection metadata.
SCOPE OF WORK The Offeror shall electronically provide license key files and/or registrations for licenses with the brand-named vendors (Cloudera, Red Hat) as specified and quantified in this document for Cloudera Data Platform and Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Changes to specifications or alternatives will not be considered to ensure full technical compatibility with the existing system. The electronic delivery should be directed to the COR, the OAMD operations team, and to the NCIRD/ID program officer/project manager. The Offeror will register and acquire the requested quantity of Cloudera cloud credits for activation upon receipt, with electronic delivery notice to the COR, the OAMD operations team, and the NCIRD/ID program officer/project manager. The Offeror will register and acquire the requested quantity of Cloudera on-demand training library subscriptions for activation upon receipt, with electronic delivery notice to the COR, the OAMD operations team, and the NCIRD/ID program officer/project manager.
