Duties
- Direct, manage, and coordinate the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) of DHA Facilities Enterprise requirements within DHA.
- Provide advice and counsel to the DHA Director, the DHA CFO, the USD(C)/CFO, the ASD (HA) and the ASD (Sustainment) on medical healthcare facility issues.
- Respond to queries from the Defense leadership, Members of Congress, the public media, beneficiary advocacy and other special interest groups, and other sources as required.
- Develop annual Facility Requirements Development for Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization, and IOT funding and track annual execution.
