Description
The mission of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OIT), Information Technology Business Integration and Outcomes Service (BIOS) consist of collaborating with business partners to create the best experience for all Veterans. In meeting these goals, OIT strives to provide high quality, effective, and efficient Information Technology (IT) services to those responsible for providing care to the Veterans at the point-of-care as well as throughout all the points of the Veterans’ health care in an effective, timely and compassionate manner. VA depends on Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) systems to meet mission goals.
The Contractor shall provide BIOS Technical Support Services (BTSS) under this Task Order (TO) in the following areas: Business Solution Services administration support, RCT support, and Data Portfolio support. The Contractor shall maintain BIOS user requirements-based design management system, maintain the Service Desk Knowledge Articles database and Accomplishment tool, provide process and tool recommendations, manage SharePoint sites, develop a SOP, and support internal functions. The Contractor shall support RCT business functions to include, weekly IT technical review request analysis, enterprise solution candidates, project management support, create and publish a weekly reporting dashboard, and facilitate technical meetings. The Contractor shall provide Data Portfolio support to include, development of an Architecture Roadmap, Transition Architecture, and Architecture Gap Analysis.
