Description
USAMRD-W requires software license for a cognitive training program that will be utilized by approximately 75-100 individual participants over a duration of 12-36 months, with the potential for additional research studies including 100-250 additional participants over the next 60 months.
The vendor shall develop and provide a cognitive software training platform that meets the Minimum Essential Characteristics in Section 6.2. The software shall be delivered within 90 days of contract award or at the discretion of the client. The vendor shall provide all requested changes and updates of the client in a timely manner, not to exceed 30 calendar days. The vendor shall design the study to support up to 300 participants across the period of performance, and up to 100-150 participants per year. Minimum Essential Characteristics:
- Variety of neurocognitive tasks available (e.g., working memory, inhibition)
- Options to modulate task difficulty, added dual-task cognitive demands
- Access to high-fidelity task feedback at shorter- and longer-term intervals
- Data available in raw and summated format
- Ability to compare collected data to established norms for age, gender, etc.
- Create tailored training programs to individuals or groups that adjust over time
- Intuitive user-interface enhancing ease of use, option selection, setting revision
- Server is Fedramp approved (e.g., de-identified, no 3rd party access)
- Software compatible with the DISA network
