Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Office of Strategic Sourcing (OSS) strives to provide high quality, effective, and efficient Information Technology (IT) services to those responsible for providing care to the Veterans at the point-of-care as well as throughout all the points of the Veterans’ health care in an effective, timely and compassionate manner.

The Contractor shall provide support services as identified in this task order (TO) to assist OSS with IT Program Management Support of VA EAs.  The Contractor shall provide program management, strategic planning and analysis, and electronic and written communication support to OSS in its programmatic oversight responsibilities on multiple complex enterprise agreements, modernization and enhancement programs and projects.  Required support services will be evolving throughout the TO where performance and support may be adjusted in order to support additional EAs consolidated under EISO’s program management purview.  The Contractor shall provide support services, as assigned, to include expertise to continuously analyze, research, identify, and recommend the most effective and efficient application of technology to meet VA’s EA requirements.  The Contractor shall provide product line management support to conduct process and workflow analyses, and dashboard and business intelligence reporting on assigned programs.  The Contractor shall provide senior business analysis support for assigned programs, to conduct business process analyses and improvement.  The Contractor shall provide program analysis support to include creating detailed project analyses, budgeting and forecasting, planning and monitoring, variance analyses, pricing, reporting and defining business requirements for assigned projects.  The Contractor shall also provide technical writing and administrative support across EISO on all assigned programs and projects.
