Description
The Office of Integrated Veteran Care requires a commercial enterprise IVR technology solution
(henceforth referred to as VA Audio Response) designed especially for the healthcare industry delivered in a SaaS model and an Enterprise licensing solution such as the commercial network-based management programs FLEXLM and FLEXNet to users across the VHA enterprise. The Contractor shall provide software/hardware licenses, integration hardware, comprehensive software maintenance includes periodic updates, enhancements, and corrections; technical support, hardware maintenance support, independent help desk support, utilization reporting, and training. This effort will also include optional tasks for server/system replacement support, outgoing transition, and required integration work with VistA and Oracle Cerner Millennium Platform.
The Contractor shall provide installation, configuration, and implementation of the application software on VA provided virtual servers.
The Contractor shall provide remote software maintenance support to ensure that the system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year not including scheduled routine downtimes or updates. Software maintenance support shall include software patches and updates required to keep the system compatible with VA Veterans Health Information System and Technology Architecture (VistA) system. Routine downtimes or updates shall not exceed four (4) hours per month.
