SAIC announces the strategic hire of Jeffrey Downing, who will serve as the SAIC Veterans Affairs Client Engagement Director. Jeff brings a rich Federal government experience to SAIC, which includes 24 years with the Department of the Army, over 11 years at the VA’s Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), and his recent industry experience. His diverse background in leadership, operations, and customer service, has prepared him as he steps into his new role under the VA Account, where he will focus on supporting and relationship-building across the VA customer space.
