ICF taps Senior Director, Customer Experience

Wendy Harman, armed with 20+ years of diverse experience most recently in customer experience senior leadership and as a strategic advisor on the ClinicalTrials.gov modernization project, has taken on a new challenge as Senior Director, Customer Experience at ICF.

Prior roles include:

  • Customer Experience Director – ICF
  • Customer Experience Senior Manager – ICF Chief Technology Officer – Olympics of Social Good
