FDA Sources Sought: JRebel and XRebel Software Licenses

Description

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is conducting market research to support, the Center for Tobacco Products (CTP), which requires an JRebel and XRebel software licenses. The FDA is seeking small business sources to determine the availability and capability of small business manufacturers or small businesses capable of providing services of a small business manufacturer or producer for the items described herein. Other than small business concerns are also encouraged to submit capability statements. The following information is provided to assist the FDA in conducting Market Research to identify potential contractors for this effort.

The contractor shall be required to meet the following performance requirements:

  1. Shall have unlimited access and unlimited users to the following:

The Contractor shall provide the following Brand Name or Equal items that meet or exceed the delineated salient functional characteristics:

  • A minimum one (1) year warranty. The warranty shall start on the delivery date.
  • Improves software-development productivity by reducing the time required to find and fix common problems in JAVA application code.
  • Shall be capable to track the time spent on each request to identify slow methods,
  • Shall be capable to measure database activity to identify methods that query too extensively,
  • Shall be capable to find slow HTTP calls, locate wasteful session time consumers,
  • Shall be capable to find hidden exceptions and move through the stack trace to fix the problems.
