Booz Allen Hamilton seeking Health IT Program Lead

Key Role:

Serve as program lead for Health IT solutions to advance life sciences research, public health, and care, including informatics, clinical informatics, and public health informatics, for Federal Health clients. Lead programs and teams focused on clinical information, regulatory compliance, and quality management solutions, apply innovative solutions to address business needs from research communities, assemble teams who effectively align IT and life sciences requirements, drive software modernization, address client challenges, and develop talent. Manage contract support operations involving multiple tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations. Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that involve schedule, technology, methodology, tools, and financial management of the project. Assume responsibility for staffing, project planning, project financials, and staff direction and oversight. Meet regularly with government program manager to discuss performance, propose initiatives, and establish priorities. Assume responsibility for leading and supporting capture, proposal, and business development activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience managing Health IT software delivery programs or projects, including for U.S. Federal Health and research-based clients
  • Experience with clinical research or trial management, life sciences, computer systems validation, health informatics, regulatory, or bioinformatics concepts, processes, systems, standards, and solutions, including electronic data capture (EDC), clinical research management, trial master file (TMF), electronic common technical document (eCTD), good manufacturing practice (GMP), or laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
  • Experience developing and maintaining tools and technology in clinical research operations, life sciences, and data standards, including CDISC…

  • Experience working for US Federal health clients
  • Experience with large-scale health data sharing solutions
  • Experience with HHS Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) compliance and Agile software development…
