Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) provides numerous services to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) who seek to gain access to economic opportunities.

Scope – The contractor shall provide coordinated and comprehensive portfolio management support. The portfolio management support consists of centralized support and governance of OSDBUs critical programs, ongoing cradle-to-grave program management assistance for all sponsored programs, along with ongoing operational and administrative support.

Centralized support and governance of OSDBU critical programs consists of the following types of activities:

1. Total Portfolio Management Support,
2. Total Enterprise Level Correspondence Support,

Ongoing cradle-to-grave program management support consists of the following types of activities:

1. Total Program Management Support for Executive Leadership,
2. Total Program Management for the Women Veteran Owned Small Business Initiative (WVOSBI),
3. Total Management Support for the Contract Management Team (CMT),

Ongoing operational and administrative support consists of the following types of activities:

1. Total Strategic Outreach and Communication (SOC) Digital Media Publication (Print) and Marketing Collateral Management Support,
2. Total Strategic Outreach and Communication (SOC) Plan Management Support,
3. Total Strategic Outreach and Communication (SOC) Website and Social Media Platform Management Support, and
4. Total Strategic Outreach and Communication (SOC) OSDBU Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Platform Management Support.
