Summary
This position serves as the Supervisory Management and Program Analyst and organizationally as the Associate Director of either Budget and Appeals (BAM), Corporate, Health, IT Infrastructure and Networks (ITIN), Portfolio Integration Management (PIM) and Veterans Experience Services (VES).
Duties
- The Supervisory Management and Program Analyst drives and manages the strategy, guidelines, processes, for support of AMO.
- The employee prepares the organization for interfacing with Business Relationship Managers and defines roles and responsibilities within the AMO Account Groups Framework.
- Responsible for the Management and administration of processes and tools that enable the organization to identify, document, and access intellectual capital and information content.
- Knowledge of the value of collected information and the methods of sharing that information throughout an organization.
