Contractor shall improve the capabilities, features, and functions of NanCI (AI Bot) in three sequential phases: NanCI as an information repository and resource (Ask NanCI); NanCI as a recommendation resource based upon the individual user’s engagement with NanCI (NanCI as a reliable Research Assistant); NanCI as a matching or connecting agent supplying awareness and suggesting introductions to other like-minded community members and NanCI users (Community Manager NanCI).
