Job Description:
The Chief Growth Officer is responsible for setting Arch System’s growth strategy by aligning business methods, and capabilities, and enabling technologies to federal budgets and paving the way for sustained future growth. The leader in this role is ultimately responsible for revenue milestones, market share and new business wins through organic and inorganic means.

- Act as a coach to other business development, capture and proposal personnel within our firm around best practices on pipeline management while ensuring that data within our pipeline is captured accurately, refreshed often, and executed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Information Technology or a business-related discipline; professional training; or work/military experience. Masters preferred
- 7 to 10+ years of capture, business development, and operational experience in one or more of the following areas: cybersecurity, data analytics, Information Technology
