Ad Hoc seeking Director of Client Growth & Strategy

This is a remote position.  This position requires CURRENT relevant BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT experience with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid.  This position will require the ability to call on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (in Baltimore) as needed, as well as attend pertinent meetings with the Growth team in our DC office.

The Director of Client Growth & Strategy is responsible for (Essential Functions):

  • Documenting and delivering against an account strategy to achieve the business unit growth goals
  • Leveraging experience and customer relationships within CMS to thoroughly understand challenges and opportunities for organic and net new work
  • Identifying and qualifying multi-year opportunities to expand the business pipeline; manage the pipeline of opportunities through all stages of maturity
  • Capturing qualified opportunities to best position Ad Hoc for a win
  • Developing partner relationships that support the capture strategy
  • Executing and participating in marketing campaigns, events, thought leadership, and call plan activities in alignment with company priorities and values to help sustain and build brand and competency awareness…

  • Deep subject matter expertise and program operations issues and the ability to apply that knowledge to anticipate issues/enhance solutions for the federal government, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates experience with federal contracting, contract management, and work as a prime or subcontractor arrangement
