Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Responsible for organic account growth, planning and leading business pitches and presentations, and securing new business in the federal sector, comprised of Ventech’s service offerings. Identifies new programs and agencies for Ventech’s offerings. Manages multiple complex accounts and/or solution offerings
- Develops targeted sales strategies and actively performs market research, proactively translating unmet client and market needs. Leverages and grows professional network to win new business as prime or subcontractor.
- Develops a growth strategy across multiple and complex agencies and/or opportunities and grows a qualified pipeline that aligns to Ventech offerings and the strategic direction, while demonstrating a deep understanding of the needs of the federal accounts and/or opportunities. Identifies new solutions, methods, and tools that Ventech may incorporate into its portfolio of offerings.
- Develops and drafts complex and technical proposal sections for federal RFPs and RFIs and Sources Sought documents, in collaboration with organization leadership and team members. Leads the development of the Executive Summary for solicitations…
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Technology, or related field with 12 years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education. Master’s degree in technical discipline or advanced relevant technical certifications preferred.
