Description

This Statement of Objectives (SOO) describes the U.S. Army Program Executive Office Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) Product Manager for Medical Simulation (PdM MedSim) objectives for establishing one (1) new Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) at Camp Williams, Utah that can provide recertification to Army Medics (68W), and training to Combat Lifesavers (CLS’s) and non-medical personnel assigned to units that lack medical personnel.

The Government has the need to establish the training capability hereafter referred to as the MSTC Training Capability at Camp Williams, UT in order to recertify Army Medics (68W) as well as provide training to Medics, CLS’s and non-medical personnel as needed. This SOO identifies the specific needs to execute the effort, including, site survey, MSTC system layout design, procurement, system integration, production, Government witnessed MSTC Acceptance Test (MAT), delivery, installation, and New Equipment Training (NET) for the MSTC system at Camp Williams, UT.
