Summary
This individual will lead a staff of user researchers and designers working to support development efforts to achieve Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) wide business objectives that improve VA digital products and services.
Major Duties:
- Develop policy, programs, and guidelines for implementation.
- Design/integrate a cyber strategy that outlines the vision, mission, and goals that align with the organization’s strategic plan.
- Develop contract language to ensure supply chain, system, network, and operational security are met.
- Develop and implement best practices for staff to evaluate and conduct user research and design activities
