LT Pia Francisco, an industry leader in both civilian and military operations and administration, has taken on a new role as Chief Information Officer at the U.S Naval Hospital Guam. Since March 2020, Pia has led several COVID-19 response and reporting activities for the Defense Health Agency covering over 11M DoD-affiliated individuals. In 2021, she received the Defense Health Agency Rising Leader Award.
