Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Director to join our team at Frederick, MD.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- DML-ES Support Services Senior Program Manager
- Manage overall contract obligations and performance for 50-100 person program providing IT Operations support for globally distributed legacy system, cloud-based modernized replacement system, phase-in/phase-out support from legacy to replacement, IT operations for approximately end user devices, Information Assurance/Cybersecurity for all systems in suite.
- Environment includes approximately 2,000 servers (approximately 75% virtual, mix of Windows and Linux), 500 end-user workstations with an estimated growth between 20-25% through the end of the contract.
- All work performed on site at Ft. Detrick, MD.
- Manage customer expectations, executive reporting, planning, staffing plan, and provide oversight to Project Manager/Task Manager, Operations Lead, and other technical team leads.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with one of: DevOps, IT/Server Operations, Agile methodology (experience with all strongly preferred).
- Experience running Federal contracts of equal or greater size, scope and complexity.
- Experience in managing IT operations contracts for globally deployed client server and web-based applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with FFP task orders and managing multiple CLINs
- Experience with Medical Logistics or Logistics (especially DMLSS and/or LogiCole)
- Experience with Defense Health Agency
- Experience with Veterans Affairs
