Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) is seeking information concerning the availability of capable contractors to provide Enterprise level, role based, automated application, that performs statistical analysis and enables bi-directional communications for the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS). This acquisition seeks to handle the complex issues of modern accreditation model with data driving innovation and performance improvements. The Contractor shall create an enterprise level, role based, automated application, that performs statistical analysis and enables bi-directional communication between internal and external entities for 1100 facilities and approximately 1500 users. Solution must be customizable to meet VA specific requirements. The solution must support bi-directional iPad/tablet communication for real time sync with onsite audit checklist entries. The solution must have an enterprise level management and analytics system to track and manage enforcement activities and generate reports on demand, such as accreditation statuses, audit assignments, CLIA statuses, proficiency tests, review proficiency test results and complaints or adverse events.
