Michael Wittman, an IT executive armed with over two decades of industry experience, has taken on a new challenge as Vice President Consulting Services at CGI Federal. Michael brings extensive experience in Health IT initiatives at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services including the Quality Payment Program, Value Modifier Program, Electronic Health Record Incentive Program, Accountable Care Organization Program, and Medicare Appeals.
