“The Senior Director of Capture is expected to directly conduct Business Development and Capture. They will be responsible for identifying, shaping, and winning opportunities within an assigned portfolio of capabilities and clients. This will include identifying required pursuit resources; overseeing bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies; and managing the transition from business opportunity to proposal development to award. Client focus primarily of Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), United States Army, United States Air Force.”
Responsibilities:
- Lead team of Capture Managers and provide guidance/mentorship to other staff supporting capture efforts
- Ensure adherence to capture process and artifacts, and oversee future updates based on evolving needs
- Reinforce CATHEXIS values, processes, and policy
- Organize efforts to maintain pipeline by identifying and qualify opportunities throughout the federal market
- Oversee Gate Reviews, Capture Reviews, and other capture-related briefings and meetings
- Maintain opportunity information within company CRM database
- Develop and execute structured opportunity capture plans, including conducting opportunity analyses, developing capture and win strategies, and executing client call plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ten (10) or more years of experience successfully leading capture for Federal opportunities within DHS, HHS, VA, OSD, Army, and/or Air Force
- Ability to successful lead a team to exceed expectations
- Shipley / APMP training and/or certification in proposal writing, capture, or business development.
- Existing client relationships in the target agencies
- Existing industry relationships within the healthcare, audit services, and/or contract management office support areas
