A Square Group (ASG) seeking Senior Capture Manager

“The Capture Manager will report directly to the CGO and will be responsible for accelerating and ensuring smart measurable growth within the Federal Health IT, Defense, and DHS space. The ideal candidate is a senior professional with experience in Marketing, Sales, Innovation, Research & Development, and Business Development with a proven record of generating Return on Investment through growth in these disciplines.”

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying, shaping, and capturing federal services opportunities in assigned accounts.
  • Lead business development and capture process to include: customer contact, opportunity identification and analysis, competitive intelligence, gap analysis, and being directly involved in teaming strategy, teaming agreements, and supporting proposal responses.
  • Oversee capture, competitive analysis, teaming, partnership arrangements, pricing formulation (price to win), bids, and proposals.
  • Develop and maintain pipeline of opportunities, new customers, and projects in accounts through direct or indirect customer contact.
