The KPMG Federal Health practice has hired health policy leader Melissa Jaffe as a Director to help lead its health regulation and policy advisory efforts. With over 20 years of experience spanning healthcare and financial analysis in both the public and private sectors, Melissa has an extensive track record of acting as a trusted advisor in managing and improving large-scale health programs.
Melissa comes to KPMG from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), where she has held multiple roles. In her latest position as Senior Advisor, she led the policy analysis and data reporting team for the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO). Earlier in her career, she served in various healthcare and financial roles at Marwood Group, ICR, and Merrill Lynch. Melissa earned her MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and BA in Anthropology from Princeton University.
