Summary
The Executive Director (ED), Enterprise Command Operations is a position of trust that provides overall management of the office which encompasses both the Enterprise Command Center and the Enterprise Service Desk and is responsible for defining overall objectives, managing planning and implementing a variety of executive and policy-related activities in support of programs and initiatives.
Duties
The Executive Director (ED), Enterprise Command Operations position is located in the Office of Information and Technology (OIT). The responsibilities of the Executive Director, Enterprise Command Operations include, but are not limited to: Conduct independent program assessments and evaluation of performance-to-plan and active intervention, including data collection and analysis, the design and implementation of organizational intervention strategies, statistical analysis, research and analysis of current operations and procedures. Responsible for policy and procedures to effect necessary programmatic changes linking VA and OIT strategic goals and objectives.
