Duties
- Serves as the Director, Office of Planning, Analysis and Evaluation (OPAE);
- Serves as chief policy advisor to the HRSA Administrator;
- Provides agency-wide leadership on a broad range of policy issues and facilitates cross agency policy development, engaging with the HRSA Administrator, across HRSA, HHS, and the government on policy matters impact HRSA programs;
- Provides leadership on performance management and program evaluation, including coordination of program performance reports and plans submitted to the Department and OMB;
- Provides executive leadership on agency-wide oversight activities;
- Directs the agency’s strategic planning process;
