- Leverage excellent relationships and the unique understanding of the federal health organization, across multiple centers, procurement strategies and the small business community.

Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in a senior business development role with a federal government contractor focused on management, technology, and payer sales
- Experience with the federal health market including organizational structure, competitive landscape and buying patterns
- Experience with managing all element of capture and proposal lifecycle, including developing pipeline, executing call plans, facilitating client meetings, designing teaming strategy and negotiating with team partners, pricing, and proposal development
