BCG seeking Associate Director, Public Sector (Healthcare Capture Manager)

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key individuals in federal civilian health care organizations
  • Lead efforts to secure knowledge and understanding of the client’s requirements, issues, and needs during the pursuit and capture phases and lead planning sessions with a core team
  • Lead internal coordination for go to market activities and drive communication with customers, competitors, clients, and teammates to develop market insight on requirements, acquisition strategy, acquisition timing, and contract vehicle choices
  • Develop, organize, and execute significant capture activities, including building industry teams, assessing win probability, and executing customer call plans to shape acquisitions
  • Lead, plan, and participate in capture activities, including opportunity gate reviews, black hat sessions, competitive assessments, price-to-win efforts, collaboration, and workshop sessions, and proposal reviews…

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Management, Political Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in account or large program management experience in HHS, HHS sub-agencies, civilian FED HC, health IT, etc.
  • Experiencing designing and driving go to market strategies as part of a team, including identifying opportunities and managing a robust pipeline
  • Successful experience leading or supporting business development teams in pursuit of proposal efforts in the HHS space
  • Be familiar with commercial and Government business intelligence tools such as Deltek GovWin, GovTribe, GSA eBuy, SAM.gov; FPDS.gov etc…
