Introducing the Impact Podcast Series

As part of FedHealthIT’s ongoing commitment to providing up-to-the-minute, relevant content to the entire Federal technology and consulting arena, we are proud to announce the launch of the Leading for Impact podcast series. Premiering last week, the Impact series shines a light on the women leading organizations and mission-focused strategic programs in an impactful way.

This latest addition joins FedHealthIT’s current podcast line-up which includes Keeping IT Brief, introduced in 2021 and Afternoon Tea, released in 2022.

“Podcasts really serve a unique purpose in the workplace,” says FedHealthIT CEO, Susan Sharer. “As we shift to remote and hybrid work models, the podcast format makes real-world information and updates available anytime, anywhere. Additionally, podcasts offer a personal touch and connection that you don’t get from reading an interview.”

The podcast series will highlight women in leadership and discuss new initiatives on the horizon to promote the evolution and growth of the Federal IT and consulting community. Not only are these women mission focused, but they are also ensuring the mission is successfully executed throughout every level of their organization.

“I am always astounded and grateful for the community’s willingness to share, collaborate and mentor as a means of setting and achieving new goals,” said Sharer. “The Federal IT space is unique in that way; it really is an industry striving to bring attention to the things that matter most; People, Process and Technology!”

This idea of collaboration and sharing best practices is the backbone of our spectrum of podcasts. We choose interviewees from all facets of our community and discuss topics relevant today and anticipate those arising in the future. These chats are more in-depth conversations around everything from assembling and managing teams to contract bids and wins.

Make sure to subscribe to our newest addition to the FedHealthIT podcast offerings and keep tuning into our existing sessions available on our website or via popular streaming services.
